Taylor Bush of State College, Pa., won Week 3 of The North Scott Press Football Contest, missing two with a tiebreaker of 47, the closest to the total number of points in Penn State’s 30-13 win over Illinois. Bush bested 150 other contestants to take the $50 first prize.
