Adrienne Rus of Eldridge brought home the gold on Sept. 30 at Iowa Special Olympics’ first-ever pickleball tournament. The tournament was part of the inaugural Fall Classic event, held at the MidAmerican RecPlex in West Des Moines.  Rus competed in the Unified Division 2 with her coach Karen Bernick representing the North Scott Grads team.  more
