Judy D. (Morgan) Stoltenberg, age 71, of Davenport, formerly of Walcott, passed away on Monday, Feb. 12, 2024, at UnityPoint Health-Trinity Bettendorf, surrounded by her children. Visitation was held from 4-7 p.m., Monday, Feb. 19, at Bentley Funeral Home in Durant. A funeral service was held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 20, at the funeral home. Burial took place in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family, in care of Kari Arivett. Judy was born on Oct. 15, 1952, to Ned and Delores (Gronewold) Morgan in Davenport. She graduated from Davenport West High School, Class of 1971.
Judy was a landscape designer for 33 years in the Quad Cities and Muscatine area. In her spare time, Judy enjoyed painting, drawing and crocheting. She was also an avid weather watcher and liked listening to her police scanner. Most of all, Judy loved her family, especially watching her grandchildren grow.
Judy will be lovingly remembered by her children, Chad (Kara) Morgan of Excelsior, Minn., Sara (Jon) Gravert of LeClaire, Kari (Neal) Arivett of Walcott; seven grandchildren, Morganne (Alex) Thompson, Dalton, Emma, Sawyer and Korbin Gravert, Ford and Oliver Arivett; three great-grandchildren, Carter, Kaesyn and Kye Thompson; sisters, Jill (Dale) Grunwald of Long Grove, and Jennie (Brian) Bailey of Des Moines; a brother, Jarrett (Cara) Morgan of Davenport; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Jeff Morgan.
