Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.  A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 28, at Calvary United Methodist Church, Walcott.  A visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., Thursday, July 27, at the church.  Burial of her cremated remains will take place at a later date in Walcott Cemetery.
