Sept. 29, 1999: The North Scott football team scored a major upset of state-ranked and previously unbeaten Bettendorf, 28-26, to ensure a happy Homecoming. Meanwhile, Anne Hamilton and Steve Gsell were crowned Homecoming royalty.
