Stoplight replaces roundabout

Fourth Avenue signal at LeClaire Road will handle growing traffic concerns

Eldridge council members on Monday voted 4-1 to put a traffic light at LeClaire Road and Fourth Avenue, not the roundabout recommended by the city administrator, public works directors and engineer.
