To celebrate the life of Constance “Connie” Decker, 81, of Eldridge, formerly of Bettendorf, a gathering will be held for family and friends at the Davenport Outing Club on April 17 from 4-7 p.m.
Mrs. Decker died Thursday, March 4, 2021, at her home.
Constance Ruffley was born Nov. 27, 1939, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Jacob and Margaret (Obermeyer) Ruffley.
She married Donald Decker on April 15, 1961, in Cincinnati.
Survivors include her husband; her daughters, Kelli (Mike) Zban and Kerri (Brent) Schmidt; sons Keith (Silvia) Decker and Kip (Jennifer) Decker; and 15 grandchildren.
