A funeral service for Barbara A. Fullmer, 78, of LeClaire, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5 (today), at First Presbyterian Church, LeClaire. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery, LeClaire. Visitation was Tuesday, Feb. 4, from 4-7 p.m. at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf.
Mrs. Fullmer died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020, at the Good Samaritan Center, Davenport.
Barbara O’Connor was born Jan. 3, 1942, in Moline, the daughter of Edward and Mary (Clark) O’Connor. She graduated from Moline High School.
She married Daniel Fullmer on Aug. 19, 1991, in Davenport. He died Sept. 11, 2017.
Survivors include her daughters, Charlene Quandt of Colorado, Julie Kuberski, Davenport, and Kathy Stull (Jerry Jordan), Marengo; her sons, Alex Kuberski, Bushnell, Ill., and Micheal Kuberski, Marek Kuberski, and Matthew (Alycia) Kuberski, all of LeClaire; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her twin sister, Donna Hackett, Moline; a sister, Esther Feske of Arkansas; and a brother, Ed Giles of the East Coast.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jim O’Connor.
