Eldridge says yes to next vape shop

Eldridge will add another vape and tobacco store following council’s 4-1 vote Monday granting a permit to Eldridge Tobacco and Vape owner, Mohammed Elzofri, of Davenport, for a new shop at 600 E. LeClaire Road, suite 5.
