A celebration of life for Verna Marie Horsley, 71, of Park View, will be held from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, at Lady Di's Park View Inn, Eldridge. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Horsley died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2023.
