Pence, and Drapeaux urge energy options for landowners

Kay Pence, of Eldridge, and Karl Drapeaux, of Blue Grass, were among those encouraging Clinton County supervisors to welcome energy alternatives. Pence is chairwoman of the Scott County Democratic party and a state legislative candidate. Drapeaux is a business agent of the Rock Island-based International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150.
