The Relevé Youth Ballet Company presents the Nutcracker Ballet, 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 19 at North Scott High School auditorium.
Tickets are available at the door for $20.
The company presented by Tina’s Dance Studio & Tumbling Center is made up of 68 dancers from six different studios and four different states.
Auditions are held each year in June and are open to the public.
Lead roles will do a “meet & greet” with children on stage, following the performance. The cast rehearses on Saturdays from mid-September through December.
Many volunteers help with props, costuming and design, which includes a wardrobe worth over $12,000.
This year the performance features several guest performers including Andrew Park from L.A. and Mikaela Hutson from Nashville.
