The calls to The NSP began Tuesday. Susan Frye reported thousands of monarchs descending on her Small Frye farms in western Scott County. Today, NSP cartoonist Jim Turley reported the same phenomenon in his Eldridge yard.
"The last time this happened was 9/11," he said.
