A decision on a proposed city/county police officer training/gun range may come down to a Muscatine County Zoning Commission hearing on Friday, October 6, at 10 a.m. It will be held at the Environmental Learning Center located at 3300 Cedar Street, Muscatine. more

The law prohibits farms from drawing unlimited amounts of free groundwater and requires farmers to apply for a permit before applying manure to their fields. more
