Scott Christian Reeder, son of Andrea and Kevin Baker of Davenport, retired from the U.S. Navy as a 1st Class Petty Officer.
He is a 1997 graduate of North Scott High School.
He completed his basic training at Naval Station Great Lakes, and had been deployed to Afghanistan. He was most recently stationed in San Diego.
He and his wife Merysol, are the parents of Symer and Stephanie.
