Long Grove seeks contracted help after investigation – City employee’s complaint led to McCubbin suspension

Long Grove council members are considering private contractors to provide city services, and reviving last year’s initiative to document employee work hours and functions in the wake of the surprise suspension of long-time Public Works director Joel McCubbin.
