International band to perform at Butterworth March 20

The next Music at Butterworth concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. March 20, at Butterworth Center, Moline, with a performance by the internationally known trio Grosse Isle, comprised of Irish uilleann piper Fiachra O’Regan, Quebec fiddler/singer Sophie Lavoie, and guitarist Andre Marchand. Refusing to let an ocean divide their passion for music, these talented artists blend traditional with original compositions from haunting to playful, lively to reflective, leading audiences on an unforgettable journey in song.
