Bipartisan opportunities to reinvest in rural Iowa

I highlighted several bipartisan ways to reinvest in rural Iowa and small towns in a letter to Gov. Kim Reynolds on Aug. 1. As the former chair of the Iowa Senate’s Economic Growth Committee, I offered ways to revitalize rural Iowa and indicated my strong desire to focus on workforce training.
