Eldridge officers send message: At least 60 tickets written in Friday operation on U.S. 61

Eldridge police, Scott County deputies and Iowa state troopers swarmed U.S. 61 and LeClaire Road Friday to write at least 60 tickets for speeding, seatbelt and equipment violations.
