Eldridge among communities using Flock — for good, police say

With the rise of the use of automated license plate readers and Flock surveillance cameras across the United States, the technology has come under increased scrutiny. Privacy concerns, a lack of judicial oversight, and reports of misuse of information have led some members of the public to ask for municipalities to stop using the cameras.
