A celebration of life service for Richard C. Owen, 90, of DeWitt, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service on Wednesday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Owen died Friday, May 3, 2019, at Westwing Place, DeWitt.
