Visitation for James "Jim" Decosta, 62, of Davenport, will be held from 2-5 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, at the Runge Mortuary, Davenport. A celebration of life will follow at the Circle Tap, 1345 W. Locust St., Davenport.
Mr. Decosta died Thursday, April 11, 2019.
