Tandy Jay Noggle, age 63, of Wilton, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at his home.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  A Celebration of Life will be held from 1–3 p.m., Saturday, July 25, at RIGX Muscatine.  Online condolences may be left at www.bentleyfuneralhome.com.

Tandy was born on July 29, 1962, the son of Ellis and Marlene (Gilbert) Noggle. He graduated from Wilton High School with the Class of 1980. On April 26, 1986, he married Cindy Workman at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Durant.

Tandy spent more than 40 years behind the wheel as a professional truck driver. For the past 10 years, he proudly worked for TanTara Transportation in Muscatine. A man of faith, Tandy was a devoted Chris-tian and an active member of RIGX in Muscatine. His faith was evident not only in his words but in the way he lived his life. He faithfully served wherever he was needed, volunteering at church functions and always willing to lend a helping hand.  A true goofball at heart, Tandy had a remarkable ability to make people laugh and brighten even the darkest day.

He was incredibly gifted with his hands and could fix just about anything, especially cars and motorcycles. Whether helping a friend with a repair or tackling a project of his own, Tandy enjoyed finding solutions and sharing his knowledge with others. As a lifelong trucker, he especial-ly looked forward to attending the annual Walcott Truckers Jamboree.

Tandy also found joy in the kitchen and became well known among family and friends for his casseroles. One of his favorite traditions was gathering each week for Hy-Vee Steak Night, a tradition he faithfully enjoyed with family and friends for the past eight years. Those evenings were filled with good food, laughter, and cherished memories.  Above all else, Tandy loved his family. They were the center of his world, and nothing brought him greater happiness than spending time with them.

Tandy will be dearly missed by his wife, Cindy; two children, Randy Noggle and Mindy (Tony) Miller, both of Stockton; three grandchildren, Lex and Lincoln Miller, and Jayden Noggle; four siblings, Michelle (Norville) Garrison, Shon Nog-gle, Shay Webb, and Tory Noggle; a brother-in-law, Gary (Judy) Workman; and other extended family.

Tandy was preceded in death by his parents.
