Helping give a bit of peace and comfort to those touched by war is a job that’s never done, but it is always a job worth doing. Last Tuesday, Sept. 15, a Quilts of Valor presentation ceremony was held at the West Liberty Country Club, hosted by the Quilts of Valor Foundation and the Ogden Quilt of Valor Piecemakers.
