The first Muscatine County Fair was held 174 years ago. For 75 of those years, resident Arlene Clark-Cain has found a way to attend the fair, either as a guest or a volunteer. Throughout those years, she has made many different connections, all while continuing to find ways to support the community built up within the county fair and its patrons.
