On Monday, August 10, the Wilton City Council approved the sale of lots 1-8 and 11-13 to Papers Construction for $165,000. The company plans to build single-story condos on these lots. City Administrator Jeff Horne said, “This sale will cover the cost of the demolition of the swimming pool, as well as costs for surveying, legal work, etc.” This purchase completes the sale of all lots at Schoolhouse Meadows. more
