Beverly Jean Norton, 94, of Wilton, Iowa died Sunday, April 18, 2021 at her home. A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Beverly was born in Muscatine County on Oct. 20, 1926 to Earl and Dorothy (Meanor) Budelier.
She graduated from Wilton High School. Beverly married G. James Norton on Oct. 7, 1950 in Wilton. He preceded her in death on May 7, 1994. Beverly and Jim farmed and raised Angus cattle in Muscatine County for many years. In later years, Beverly worked at Hy-Vee in Muscatine.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Wilton. She enjoyed bird watching and spending time with her family, especially her grand and great-grandchildren.
Beverly is survived and lovingly remembered by her daughter Linda (Ed) Watson of Hanover, Illinois; son James Norton (girlfriend Taga) of Wilton; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and her brothers: Richard (Grace) Budelier of Durant, and Steve (Mary) Saxton of Anchorage, Alaska.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jim; daughter-in-law Elaine Norton; and brother Sid Budelier.
