A funeral service for Evelyn Louise Matejcek, 84, of Buffalo, will be held at noon on Wednesday, Jan. 13 (today), at the Runge Mortuary, Davenport. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service on Wednesday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Buffalo.
Mrs. Matejcek died Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, at Manor Care, Davenport.
Evelyn Martin was born March 11, 1936, in Illinois, the daughter of Leonard and Lois (Taylor) Martin.
She married Albert Matejcek on Dec. 19, 1954, in Buffalo.
Survivors include her children, Elizabeth Matejcek (Doug Moorman), Peggy (Ed) Compton, Cynthia Fisher, Thomas, Anthony, and Timothy Matejcek, all of Davenport; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a brother, John Jack Martin of Illinois.
