Ashley Murphy and Brandon Jess of Marion were united in marriage at 5 p.m. Feb. 19, 2022, in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Their daughter, Josie Rose Jess, served as flower girl.
A beautiful reception was held on April 2 at the Harmac in Cedar Rapids to celebrate with family and friends.
Ashley is the daughter of Troy and Natalie Murphy of Long Grove. She is the granddaughter of Gerry Murphy and the late Pam Murphy, and Claudia Dansby and the late John R. Ash II. Her great-grandmother is Celeste Murphy of Long Grove. She is employed as a rental and design coordinator at Unique Events of Iowa.
Brandon is the son of Jeff and Joanne Jess of Urbana. He is the grandson of Val and Brenda Jess, Richard Rockhill, and the late Rosemary Rockhill. He is employed as a service manager at A Clean Getaway.
The couple resides in Marion.
