There were two basic problems for the Lancer boys’ basketball team in Friday night’s rematch with the Pleasant Valley Spartans: offense and defense. Add that the Spartans were white-hot shooting when it mattered most, and it added up to a 51-33 defeat for the Lancers, Coach Shamus Budde's most lopsided loss in recent memory.
