Kyle and Marilyn Pewe of Donahue celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 13. Social distancing prevented an organized celebration.
Marilyn Appleby and Kyle Pewe were married June 13, 1970, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Big Rock.
Kyle was a machinist all his life, and retired from Eden’s Automatics in 2014. Marilyn retired from Alcoa in 2016.
They are the parents of Shelly Varner of Big Fork, Mont., Shane Pewe of Ho Chi Mihn City, Vietnam, and Shaun (Kerri) Pewe of Donahue.
Their grandchildren are Garrett Pewe, Andrew Woolery, Kylie Pewe, Peyton Pewe, Zander Pewe, Jaelyn Lancaster, Kaden Lancaster, and the late April Pewe.
