GOP reps laud tax cut; Dems warn of revenue cut

Scott County’s Republican state representatives say the income tax cut signed by Gov. Kim Reynolds returns Iowa’s excessive cash balances to taxpayers. Democrats say the budget is balanced by one-time federal pandemic aid that will leave Iowa short just a few years from now.
