Vernon Eugene Meier, 90, of McGregor, formerly of Davenport, died Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded, with no services or burial. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Survivors include his daughters, Rhonda (Rick) Miller and Lana (Chris) Smith; and four grandchildren.
