Phil Roberts, 73, of Walcott, a contributing writer of The NSP, died Nov. 28 at Davenport Lutheran Home hospice. A celebration of life service will be held in the spring. Weerts Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. An obituary will be published in next week’s NSP and at northscottpress.com.
