A funeral service for Judith M. "Judy" Tinkler, 83, of Eldridge, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 15, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday, Nov. 14, from 3-5 p.m. at the mortuary.
Mrs. Tinkler died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021.
Memorials may be made to the library at Ed White Elementary School in Eldridge.
