A funeral service for Cecile Wilson Carstens, 98, of Bettendorf, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 12, at Our Savior Presbyterian Church, Argo. Burial will be in Mt. Union Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 11, from 4-7 p.m. at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf.
Mrs. Carstens died Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021, at her daughter's home.
