The call last Thursday from Bobbi Noel-Behrens stopped me in my tracks. She was giving The NSP a heads up that her mother- and father-in-law, Marian and Lorenz Behrens, are moving to Bloomington, Ill., on Sept. 19 to be near their son, Marty, and his wife, Susan. Marty is an electrical engineer with Illinois Power, which is now called Ameren.
