Lyle N. Mumm, 72, of Fort Dodge, died on Wednesday morning, Feb. 12, 2019 at UnityPoint Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, with visitation beforehand from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge.
