Aug. 6, 1969: Tom Tobin donated a log home to the Save Our Landmarks Association. The association planned to have the home moved to Scott County Park, where park visitors would be able to experience how the early pioneers to the area had lived. The Anne Ken Chapter of the Izaak Walton League donated funds for the upkeep of the house.
