Two weeks after Eldridge police made a drug paraphernalia arrest during an East LeClaire Road traffic stop, Scott County deputies raided an Eldridge home and jailed that same suspect and two other long-time drug felons on charges of operating a crack cocaine drug house at 563 W. Price St., Eldridge.
