Patsy Ann Buckland, 79, of Eldridge, passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018, at her home.
In honor of Patsy’s wishes, there will be no services. Chambers Funeral Home of Eldridge is assisting the family with arrangements.
Patsy was born May 25, 1939, in Forest City, Iowa, the daughter of Orville and Dorothea (Peterson) Adams. She was united in marriage to Gene Buckland on Sept. 20, 1959, in Mason City, Iowa.
Patsy was formerly employed with Brammer Manufacturing then switched careers to become a hairstylist at After Image. She had retired as a bus driver for the North Scott School District.
She enjoyed traveling, gardening and playing frisbee with her grand-dog, Reese.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Gene; her daughter, Kelly (Lee) Zindel; her sons, Todd (Pam) Buckland, Kim (Erin) Buckland and Brad (Wendy) Buckland; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her sister, Wanda (Jim) Engebretson; her brothers, Tracy (Paula) Adams, David (Mary) Adams and Daniel (Sheila) Adams; and her grand-dog, Reese.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents.
