Private family funeral services were held for Linda L. Briggs, 62, of Donahue. The Chambers Funeral Home, Eldridge, assisted the family with arrangements.
Ms. Briggs died Monday, March 9, 2020, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
Linda Claypool was born April 16, 1957, in Davenport, the daughter of June (Burmeister) and Donald Claypool Sr.
She was employed as an assembler at the Jacobsen Warehouse in Mt. Joy and also made jewelry at her home.
Survivors include her daughter, Christine Bunting, Davenport; three grandchildren; her mother, June Claypool, Donahue; her sisters, Mary Claypool, Donahue, and Kathy Smiley and Sue Lund, both of Davenport; and her brothers, Donald Claypool Jr., Dixon, Thomas Claypool, Muscatine, and John Claypool, Stockton.
She was preceded in death by her father, a sister, and a brother.
