A Celebration of Life gathering for Kay L. Rooff-Steffen, 60, of Blue Grass, will be held from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at the Steeplegate Inn, 100 W. 76th St., Davenport. A Celebration of Life service will be held from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, at 401 Gladys St., Waterloo. The Bentley Funeral Home, Durant, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Rooff-Steffen died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017, at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.
