A Celebration of Life Open House for Kathleena Mae Baker, 76, of Omaha, formerly of Cedar Rapids, will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, at Cinnamon Ridge Farm, 10600 275th St., Donahue. Burial will be in Rock Island National Cemetery.
Mrs. Baker died Sunday, June 17, 2018, at the Josie Harper Hospice House, Omaha.
Kathleena Lucas was born Aug. 8, 1941, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Julia Taylor (Hunter) and George Lucas.
She married Robert Maxwell in May of 1962. She later married Robert Baker on Jan. 30, 1971, in Rock Island. He preceded her in death.
She was employed at Mid American Energy in Davenport.
Survivors include a daughter, Sandi (Mark) Bennett; a son, Ken Maxwell; her stepdaughters, Jill Slyter (Glenn Szylowski), Jayne Baker, Jodi (Jim) Laughery, and Julie (David) Schneck; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sharon (Stan) Kotwitz.
Memorials may be made to the family or to the Josie Harper Hospice House.
