A private family funeral service will be held for Janet L. Jobst, 87, of Bettendorf. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Jobst died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018, at her home.
Janet Claussen was born June 5, 1931, in Davenport, the daughter of Rudolf and Viola (Stoltenberg) Claussen.
She married Richard Jobst on June 12, 1954, in Davenport. He died June 7, 2017.
Her hobbies were spending time with her family, gardening, and doing yard work and home improvements.
Survivors include a son, Daniel (Brenda) Jobst, Davenport; and two grandchildren, Erica Ewoldt and Hannah.
