Jane Siegel
A private family funeral service was held for Jane E. Siegel, 96, of Davenport. Burial was in Davenport Memorial Park. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, assisted the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Siegel died Monday, March 26, 2018, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
Jane Robinson was born June 3, 1921, in Baldwin, N.Y., the daughter of Louis and Clara (Rouse) Robinson. She attended Northfield Seminary prep school in Massachusetts.
She married Victor Siegel on Oct. 24, 1946, in Melrose Highlands, Mass. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Coast Guard Women’s Reserve “SPARS,” and was a longtime volunteer for St. Luke’s Hospital Auxiliary. She had her husband participated in Honor Flight of the Quad Cities.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Baldwin, Golden, Colo.; her sons, Victor (Elaine) Siegel Jr., Tega Cay, S.C., and Mark (Maricela) Siegel, Boerne, Texas; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Robinson.
Memorials may be made to the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
