Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Smith
Meghan Marie Miller and Alexander Lee Smith were united in marriage on Nov. 4, 2017, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Davenport. Pastor Katy Warren officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony.
The bride’s attendants were Carrie Smith, Katie Miller, and Taylor McGivern.
The groomsmen were Jordon Ruter, Patrick Miller, and Jake Miller.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Starlite Ballroom, Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, Davenport.
Meghan is the daughter of Kevin and Jill Miller of Dixon. She graduated from North Scott High School in 2010, and received an associate of liberal arts degree from Scott Community College in 2014. She is employed as farm manager at RH&K Enterprises.
Alexander is the son of Eric Smith of Dixon and the late Lisa Smith. He graduated from Eastland High School in 2009, and received an associate of agricultural mechanics degree from Black Hawk Community College in 2011. He is employed as a semi truck driver at River Valley Cooperative.
The couple resides in Dixon.
