Margaret Casel, formerly of Long Grove, will celebrate her 100th birthday with a family gathering.
Marge was born in Maquoketa on Sept. 20, 1918, to parents Joseph and Myrtle Wallace. She married Walter Casel in 1936. He passed away in 1974. They had two sons, James and Robert, both deceased. She has a daughter-in-law, Sue; and grandsons Greg (Kendra), Todd (Virginia), Chris (Michelle), and Matt (Leslie); nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
