‘Glory of Germania’ at GAHC

Reinhard Andress, PhD, of Loyola University Chicago, will speak Sunday, June 2 at 2 p.m. at the German American Heritage Center, 713 W. 2nd St., Davenport, about “Glory of Germania,” a huge porcelain wall painting made by the Royal Porcelain Factory in Berlin and sent by the German Empire to the World’s Columbian Exposition of 1893 in Chicago.
