A funeral service for Robert Joel Paulsen, 71, of Davenport, will be held at noon on Monday, Jan. 27, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service on on Monday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Paulsen died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
